Cristiano Ronaldo received the award for “Best Portuguese Athlete abroad 2011”His undoubted talent gets him showered with awards, but none is so special for Cristiano Ronaldo as the ones he receives in his native country.Even more so, as he is working far from his homeland. Precisely for this reason, the Association of Sports Journalists of Portugal have awarded him with the prize for Best Portuguese Athlete abroad 2011.For the sixth time in a row! PARABENS! CONGRATULATIONS!

Legend Luis Figo visited his old home Bernabéu today (10.05.2012) and also talked about Cristiano: “Every year he (Cristiano) continues at a high level, demonstrating his quality and beating his own numbers. You never know when he will stop. He is achieving figures that don’t seem to be real. He has fantastic team-mates who help him reaching these numbers, this and his quality, will certainly lead to more records.”
